We can do a lot with enamel and metal, but we do have some guidelines to make sure your artwork is spot on.
Colours: CMYK
Files: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
Resolution: 300dpi
Design:
- Enamel colours need a die line (a tiny, raised metal wall) between them to prevent colour run. The smallest die line thickness should be 0.2mm, and minimum colour area 0.3mm
- Using text? Please stick to 5pt or above, and outline the text before you send. Complex fonts might need to be bigger to accommodate the 0.3mm colour area
- Indicate the colours of your design using correct colour values. We recommend the Pantone Solid Coating guide
