Fantastic service, customer service was speedy and friendly, the products were perfect and came in a timely fashion. The system on the website with regards to submitting artwork and getting the final design probably needs to be simplified and stream lined but the customer support helped with that.
We ordered custom soft enamel pin badges from The Enamel Pin Factory, and they turned out absolutely lovely! Despite our design having many colours, the team did a fantastic job bringing it to life.
