Good quality pins and backing, all carefully wrapped in a plastic pouch. The process of ordering the pins was easy and I felt like there was always someone I could contact for any questions!
Fantastic service, customer service was speedy and friendly, the products were perfect and came in a timely fashion. The system on the website with regards to submitting artwork and getting the final design probably needs to be simplified and stream lined but the customer support helped with that.
