Select all relevant artwork files
Right click
Choose "Compress # items"
Creating a .zip folder on Windows:
Select all relevant artwork files
Right click
Choose "Send To"
Slide right and choose "Compressed (zipped folder)"
- Charms are produced at the size you select when ordering.
- If you’d like a slightly different size, simply leave a note with your order.
- A 1mm border is added around each charm for extra durability.
- A 2mm hole is placed at the top centre as standard.
- Prefer a loop or no hole at all? Just let us know in the order notes.
- If you choose double-sided printing, we’ll reverse your design on the back. Text will appear backwards unless you supply a second image that lines up perfectly.
Remember to include any design details or instructions that are important to your design when submitting your artwork.
Once your artwork is set up, we'll send you a digital proof for your approval. Once you've approved your digital proof, we'll manufacture your pins.
Please note that any artwork you submit must be AT LEAST the same size as your requested product size. For best results we recommend 300dpi files.

How is the acrylic Eco friendly?
Our clear acrylic is produced from recycled plastics that have reached the end of their life cycle, preventing them from going to landfill or incineration.
This recycled acrylic (R-MMA) delivers the same appearance and performance as standard virgin acrylic (PMMA), while being VOC- and HFC-free, making it a far more sustainable and environmentally friendly choice.
What is the thickness of your acrylic?
Our recycled acrylic sheets have a thickness of 3mm.
Which side of my charms will my chosen 'finish' be applied to?
All finishes, gloss and matte, are applied to SIDE B of your clear acrylic charms. If you’ve chosen single-sided clear acrylic charms, please note that the finish will be applied to the plain white reverse side of your design.
Can you assist with my charm designs?
Absolutely! You can easily send us your artwork by using the 'Upload Artwork' button or by emailing your files to hello@enamelpinfactory.com, along with any specific instructions. We'll set up your designs and provide a digital proof for your review.
How many different designs can I include in a single order?
You have the option to select up to 5 unique designs per order, depending on the quantity of charms ordered.
How do I upload multiple designs?
To upload several designs using our 'Upload Artwork' button, first group your files into a .zip folder. Simply select all your designs, right-click, then go to > Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This zipped folder can then be uploaded using the 'Upload Artwork' button. Alternatively, you can email multiple designs directly to us at hello@enamelpinfactory.com.
What will my charms look like when they arrive?
We’ll turn your artwork into beautifully printed recycled acrylic charms at the size you selected when ordering. Each charm includes a thin, 1mm thick, unprinted border around the edge of your design, for extra durability.
What is the turnaround time for your recycled acrylic charms?

How much time do I have to submit my artwork?
You have a 2-week window from your order date to provide us with your artwork.
Can I reorder previous designs?
Absolutely! We store your artwork for up to 6 months to make reordering simple and consistent. Just reference your previous order number(s), and we’ll retrieve your artwork from our files.
