We bought these as promotional items for our not-for-profit. The team were really helpful from the start - we had an additional call where it was agreed that I would send over several versions of our logo. These were then forwarded to the manufacturer, who advised that soft enamel pins would give us a better level of detail than the hard pins we had initially been looking at. At one point, we were a bit concerned that the pins wouldn't arrive in time for our event, but when we asked for an update, this was given promptly, and the pins were turned around quickly once they arrived from the manufacturer. We're really pleased with the quality - we put them in goody bags for veterans and also gave them away at an event, and several people commented on how lovely they were. We will definitely be ordering more in the future.
