The whole order time takes too long compared to other sites we've used. Especially when it takes an extra month for you to ship it to your office to check the product and then shipping it out again.
The online process is more of a hassle and resulted in us literally just skipping the last product in the end.
The people who works there are very nice and helpful and the products are good but the rest just keeps us from using this service again in the future.
