What are the differences between matte and gloss finishes?
Matte finish stickers have a non-reflective, smooth surface that reduces glare and enhances readability, making them ideal for a more understated and sophisticated look. Gloss finish stickers have a shiny, reflective surface that makes colors appear more vibrant and eye-catching.

Are die cut vinyl stickers weatherproof?
Yes, our die cut vinyl stickers are weatherproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

What type of adhesive is used on these stickers?
We use a permanent, clear acrylic adhesive for our die cut vinyl stickers. This adhesive ensures your stickers stay in place but can be removed without leaving any residue.

Can I order samples of my design?
Yes, you can order single quantities to sample your designs before committing to a larger production run. This allows you to see and feel the quality of our matte and gloss die cut vinyl stickers.

How should I submit my artwork for die cut stickers?
Submit your artwork by using our 'Upload Artwork' button or email it to hello@enamelpinfactory.com. Ensure that your artwork is at least the same size as your requested sticker dimensions. For best results, we recommend 300dpi files.

Can I write on die cut vinyl stickers?
You can write on our matte finish vinyl stickers with most pens. Writing on gloss finish stickers is more challenging due to their shiny surface, so a permanent marker is recommended.

Do you offer free artwork setup?
Yes, we offer free artwork setup for all our die cut vinyl stickers. Our team will prepare your design and send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

What are the minimum and maximum sizes for die cut stickers?
Our die cut stickers can be produced in a wide range of sizes. Contact us for specific size requirements and limitations.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I reorder my previous designs?
Yes, we store your artwork for 6 months to ensure consistent results for re-orders. Simply quote your previous order number(s) when placing a new order.

Are your die cut vinyl stickers environmentally friendly?
While our vinyl stickers are durable and long-lasting, they do contain PVC and are not classified as environmentally friendly. However, we do offer an Eco paper sticker option that is made from FSC certified papers, is 100% PVC-free and recyclable.

Can my die cut stickers have internal cuts?
Yes, we can create internal cuts in your die cut stickers. However, we do not remove (weed) the internal cut sections. You can easily pop them out yourself or leave them in place. Once you peel the sticker from its release liner, the internal cut section will be removed.
