I've wanted a pin of a self made character of mine for ages and I'm really happy that it was made possible :) They have low order quantity of minimum 10 (enamel pins usually start at 50!) which is amazing! Even better, you can split the number up for your designs. For myself, I chose 10 pins and did 5 pins of design 1, and the remaining 5 for design 2. The quality is great. They don't shine like hard enamel pins but that might be because I chose the matte finish. (not a critique just so you know, they are not the same as enamel pins.)
Customer service is amazing, they are always friendly and go above and beyond with replying to your answer so ASK if you have questions. Seriously. Replies may take some time, I've received one the next day and another one next week. (check your e-mails regularly. That's a general advice actually)
Calculate about a month for your entire order if you're from Germany. (Probably for all of Europe) The e-mail you an example design and you can still change small things if you're unhappy (I changed the clasp from silver to gold for example) and they answered some of my questions when I was confused about stuff. My countless questions may also be reason it took longer. arrived in less than a week in great condition and are now part of my bag.
Definitely recommend eco metal pins, especially if you just want to try pins out!
